📦 Orders and payments
How can I place an order?
You can buy directly on our website: choose the product, select size and quantity, and click on “Add to cart”. Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods indicated in checkout. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us within a few hours of order confirmation. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll try to do it.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an automatic email with all your order details.
🚚 Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We ship throughout Italy with tracked courier. Average delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code and the link to the courier to follow the package in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to Italy. We are working to expand the service abroad.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
The courier will make a second attempt. If the delivery is unsuccessful, you can collect the package at an authorized point.
🔄 Returns, exchanges and assistance
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal. The product must be intact and with original labels.
How does the refund work?
Once we have received the return and verified the integrity of the item, we will refund you within 14 days via the same payment method.
Can I change the size of an item?
There is currently no direct exchange service. If you would like a different size or model, please return the item and place a new order.
